Specific subjects include "The decay of the Kings fines upon Original writts issuing out of the high Court of Chancery, The losse to the farmers of the Seales of those Original writts. And the dayly ruining of them if not suddenly prevented," "Damages and Losse to the Kings Revenue ariseing by the Tax or Imposition upon the Law by reason of the Irregular practy[ce] of Attorneys in the Court of Common Pleas," and "Orders humbly desired to be made by the Justices of the Court of Common Pleas." The volume also includes an essay on England's laws regarding standing armies and an essay titled "A Remedy for the Recovery of small Debts and for the Relevinge of poore debts in London."
